Sometimes when you auto update, the app or the chart doesn't load on some machines. This happens especially for the windows 10 users but there have been some cases reported for Windows 7 and macOS users too.

This happens because sometimes OS doesn't allow the app to access the data. We know the underlying issue and that will be fixed in v2.

As a workaround, you can run following commands. Once these commands are successfully executed, your local storage will be cleared. Restart the app. Everything should work fine now.

Fix for Windows users

Ctrl+r  and then type cmd  and press enter (or start command prompt from startup menu)

In the command prompt type following commands -

cd C:\Users\YOURUSERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\HyperTrader
del .\storage\

Fix for macOS users

Open terminal and execute following commands -

rm -rf /Users/$USER/Library/Application\ Support/HyperTrader/storage/
